1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. In shallow baking casserole, arrange tomato slices; set aside. 3. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Evenly top tomato slices with bread mixture. 4. Bake 18 minutes or until tomatoes are golden brown.
