1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise with Lime Juice
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp. salt
In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook garlic, onion, corn and cumin, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm or chill. Mayonnaise blended with 1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice.
