Salsa-Dipped Grilled Chicken


  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, (about 1 lb.)


  1. In small bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and salsa. In large plastic bag or bowl, combine chicken and 1/2 cup mayonnaise mixture. Close bag, or cover bowl, and marinate in refrigerator up to 3 hours. Refrigerate remaining mayonnaise mixture.
  2. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chicken, brushing frequently with 1/4 cup refrigerated mayonnaise mixture, 12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, turning once. Serve with remaining mayonnaise mixture.
