Texican Hoagies

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup prepared salsa
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken [or turkey]
  • 1/2 cup chopped red, orange and/or green bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 4 (6-in. ea.) Italian rolls, halved lengthwise
  • 4 slices low fat pepper Jack cheese (about 4 oz.)

Directions

  1. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, salsa and cumin in large bowl. Stir in chicken, red peppers and green onions. Spoon into rolls, then top with cheese.
  2. Broil, if desired, to melt cheese.
