Oven-Roasted Dijon-Glazed Chicken

  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider or apple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves (about 2-1/2 lbs.)


  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Combine all ingredients except chicken in small bowl; set aside. Season chicken, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Arrange chicken in shallow roasting pan. Spoon 1/2 of the mayonnaise mixture over chicken.
  3. Bake chicken, brushing halfway through with remaining mayonnaise mixture, 30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
