Shrimp Po' Boys

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 8 cups thinly sliced cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread
  • 1 1/2 lbs. uncooked large shrimp
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 hoagie rolls (about 6-in. ea.), split


  1. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, mustard and pepper in large bowl; toss with cabbage; refrigerate.
  2. Meanwhile, melt Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp, green onions, and salt, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink, about 5 minutes. Evenly divide shrimp among rolls and top with 1/2 cup coleslaw. Serve remaining coleslaw on the side.
