Chicken Salad Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast half, cooked and finely diced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 sprig finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 sprig fresh tarragon leaves, finely chopped
  • Zest of 1/3 of a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 multigrain hoagie roll

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except roll in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Generously fill hoagie roll.
