California Fruit Salad


  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
  • 2 cantaloupes, cut in half crosswise and seeded
  • 4 cups assorted cut-up fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, honeydew melon and cantaloupe)
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) crumbled blue cheese (optional)


  1. 1. In medium bowl, blend Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, lime juice and grated lime peel. Chill, if desired.   2. To serve, fill each cantaloupe half with 1 cup fruit. Sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons blue cheese, then drizzle each with 2 tablespoons dressing.
