Carrot-Raisin Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 3 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, salt and cinnamon; stir in carrots, pineapple and raisins. Chill, if desired.
  • Also terrific with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise or Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing.
