Nicoise Tuna Salad Pita

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 can (6.5 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/3 cup chopped nicoise olives
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mediterranean Roasted Garlic & Herb Flavored Mayonnaise
  • 2 pita breads, halved
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 4 green leaf lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Combine carrots, tuna, nicoise olives and Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mediterranean Roasted Garlic & Herb Flavored Mayonnaise in medium bowl. To serve, line breads with tomato and lettuce, then fill with tuna mixture.
