Napa Valley Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4 cups cut-up cooked chicken (about 1-1/2 lbs.)
  • 3/4 cup halved red seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted (optional)
  • 1 loaf peasant bread or sour dough bread, sliced
  • Arugula or lettuce leaves (optional)

Directions

  1. 1. In large bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add chicken, grapes and walnuts; toss to coat. Chill, if desired.   2. To serve, assemble into sandwiches with arugula.
