Open-Faced Roast Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices reduced-calorie rye bread
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 4 slices red onion
  • 3/4 lb. thinly sliced lean deli roast beef [or fat free deli roast beef]
  • 4 slices low fat Swiss cheese [or Monterey Jack cheese] (about 4 oz.)

Directions

  1. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl.
  2. Evenly spread mayonnaise mixture on each bread slice. Top with tomato, onion, roast beef and cheese. Broil 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh chives or green onions.
