Super Moist Ranch BLT
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 8 slices country-style Italian bread (1/2-inch-thick)
- 4 ounces smoked mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- 4 small romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 8 slices bacon, crisp-cooked
- Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with dressing in small bowl; set aside.
- Evenly spread 4 bread slices with mayonnaise mixture, then top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and remaining bread slice. Evenly spread outside of sandwiches with remaining mayonnaise mixture.
- Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook sandwiches, 2 at a time, turning once, until golden and cheese is melted, about 6 minutes.
