Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15.5 oz. ea.) chick peas or garbanzos [or garbanzos]
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mediterranean Roasted Garlic & Herb Flavored Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped roasted red peppers

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients except red peppers in food processor or blender until smooth; stir in red pepper. Garnish, if desired, with additional chopped red pepper and serve with your favorite dippers.
