Easy Ultimate Buffalo Chicken Salad

  • 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken
  • 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1 cup finely sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 6 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled


  1. Combine chicken, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, cayenne pepper sauce, celery and carrots in medium bowl. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve on bed of lettuce or sandwich bun.

NOTE: Recipe can be halved.
