Easy Ultimate Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken [or leftover chicken]
  • 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Spicy Buffalo with Frank's® RedHot® Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup finely sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 6 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Spicy Buffalo with Frank's® RedHot® Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, celery and carrots in medium bowl. Sprinkle with bacon.
  • *Also great when served on a potato bun and topped with lettuce and tomato. NOTE: Recipe can be halved.
