Southwestern Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 6 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Southwestern Ranch Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, divided
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 12 ounces uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 taco shells, heated
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato

Directions

  1. Combine coleslaw mix, 5 tablespoons Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Southwestern Ranch Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, cilantro and lime juice in medium bowl; set aside.
  2. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes.
  3. Spoon coleslaw mixture into taco shells, then top with shrimp and tomatoes.
