Spicy Southwest Chicken Wrapwich

  • Japanese eggplants
  • 4 (6-in. ea.) fajita size flour tortillas or jalapeño flavored tortillas
  • 1 package (10 oz.) Southwestern seasoned fully cooked chicken breast strips*
  • 4 slices pepper Jack cheese or 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 4 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup prepared salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro


  1. Squeeze It: Squeeze Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise generously onto tortillas.
  2. Stuff It: Layer chicken, cheese and salsa down center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cilantro.
  3. Wrap It: Roll & fold the filled tortilla.

*SUBSTITUTION: Use 1-1/2 cups cut-up cooked chicken.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Add slightly crushed tortilla chips to WrapWich for an extra crunchy kick!
