No-Fry Fried Chicken

We updated Fried Chicken, an American classic, with our No-Fry Fried Chicken recipe so you can enjoy it more often! Baked, not fried, still yummy!

  • COOK TIME: 20 min



  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Brush chicken with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, then evenly coat with corn flakes. Arrange chicken on baking sheet.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and golden brown.

VARIATIONS: For SALSA-FRIED CHICKEN, blend 1/4 cup salsa and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder with mayonnaise, then prepare as above.

For STUFFING-FRIED CHICKEN, substitute 3 cups your favorite stuffing cubes for corn flakes, then prepare as above.
