Caprese Burgers with Balsamic Garlic Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Organic Garlic Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, patted dry and chopped
  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large fresh basil leaves
  • 2 small plum tomatoes, sliced

Directions

  1. Combine ground beef, 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Organic Garlic Mayonnaise and sun-dried tomatoes in medium bowl and shape into 4 patties. Grill or broil until done.
  2. Combine remaining 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Organic Garlic Mayonnaise and balsamic vinegar in small bowl.
  3. Top each bun bottom with burger, then evenly top with mayonnaise mixture, mozzarella, basil, tomato slices and bun top.
