  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Organic Mild Curry Mayonnaise Dressing with 1/3 cup toasted coconut in medium bowl.
  3. Arrange chicken on prepared baking sheet. Evenly top with curry mixture, then sprinkle with remaining toasted coconut.
  4. Bake until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 20 minutes
