    Ready In

  • 1 jar Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise

  1. Pick your base: Bread. Any day old or stale bread will do. Simply cut into cubes.

  2. Grab your fruit: Bananas

  3. Add your protein: Eggs and milk

  4. Add the magic touch: Sugar, butter, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Bring it all together by preheating oven to 375° and placing 4 cups cubed bread and 2 sliced medium bananas in a lightly greased 2-qt. baking dish. In large bowl whisk together 2 eggs and 1/4 cup Mayonnaise until smooth. Then whisk in 2 cups milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter, 2 tsp. vanilla extract and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Pour over bread and press lightly to completely submerge bread cubes. Bake 50 minutes or until golden brown and center is set but still slightly jiggly.

  5. Optional magic touch: Before adding egg mixture sprinkle top with 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/4 cup dried cranberries and/or 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans.

  6. Enjoy!
