  • 1 romaine lettuce heart
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® REAL Ketchup
  • Hot pepper sauce to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

  • 1 Wash the lettuce and remove any damaged or wilted outer leaves. Remove the lettuce core and discard. Chop lettuce into preferred size; mix with greens and set aside in a bowl. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  • 2 In a medium bowl, whisk together the Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and the ketchup. Add the hot pepper sauce and pepper to taste. Place a generous portion of salad on each serving plate. Drizzle with the dressing.
