Choose a base
Pasta- any shape will do!

Use up your vegetables & fruit
Shallots, cherry tomatoes, broccoli florets and stalks, zucchini, cauliflower- any veggies you happen to have will work!

Soft Cheese (like feta, mozzarella or burrata)

Bring it all together and then add the magic touch
Preheat oven to 475°. Toss 2 to 3 cups veggies in a large baking dish or roasting pan with some olive oil, herbs and spices. Place a block of feta into the center of your veggie mixture and baker 25 to 40 minutes until veggies are tender and feta is golden on top. Meanwhile, cook and drain 1 1/2 cup of pasta. To serve, smash feta with a fork and mix it well with your veggies. Add cooked pasta and Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real mayonnaise and stir until completely combined. Add the magic touch. (Choose some lemon zest, fresh basil or chopped parsley).
