Best Foods Vegan is our plant-based alternative to the traditional Best Foods mayonnaise – we’ve removed the eggs, not what you love about mayo. Best Foods Vegan has the same great taste as Best Foods Real. It’s a delicious condiment that is perfect for sandwiches, salads, and veggie burgers. Free from eggs and gluten, Best Foods vegan spread is plant-based and offers the same creamy taste. Use it to lift and transform your favorite sandwiches and salads and feel good about serving it to your family.

*Due to global sunflower oil shortages, we have changed our formulation to include canola oil instead of sunflower oil. Don’t worry –- we know you will still love the delicious taste of Best Foods Vegan!

Rated 5 out of 5 by MzTee from TASTES LIKE THE REAL THING! I recently purchased a jar of the Best Foods vegan mayo at my local grocery store- I was in shock because I didn't know it existed! I've been toying with the idea of going vegetarian- vowing that I would NEVER be vegan because I loved mayo SO MUCH....more specifically Hellman's/Best Foods mayo. I grew up on the stuff! Then lo and behold- Best Foods makes my day. I compared them both (I still had a jar of the regular stuff in my fridge) AND *drum roll please* - I really could not tell the difference. I compared the ingredients and the only thing removed that I could see were the eggs and canola oil replaced with soybean. THANK YOU BF for helping make my transition to veganism much easier now.

I did call Best Foods Customer Service the next day and the CS Rep will be sending some Best Foods coupons and I will certainly use the coupon to purchase and try the Dressing and Sandwich Spread. After trying this product I will write my review if the website is available for additional reviews. I'm sure the product will be very good but I would really like to try it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of Hellmann's Carefully Crafted Dressing & Sandwich spread. I used for making egg salad; also for a meatloaf sandwich. To me, the spread actually taste like the original Hellmann's even though it is different. Color is amazing knowing that it has no eggs in it. This is diffenently an item that I will continue to use and "yes" I will use it over regular Hellmann's. I do believe that I will try the other new items if I should see them on the grocery store shelf.

I HAVE SEVERE FOOD ALLERGIES AND JUST BECAME ALLERGIC TO EGGS IN THE LAST 2 YEARS, AND YES I LOVE HELLMANNS MAYO AND COULD NO LONGER EAT IT UNTIL. THIS HAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST TASTE PURE AND NATURAL AND NO SPICES THAT I'M ALSO ALLERGIC TOO. I THINK THIS ACTUALLY TASTE BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL. ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS CAREFULLY CRAFTED EGG FREE MAYO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't really eat regular mayo and I gave up on the popular vegan mayo's years ago because their taste was kind of harsh. This stuff was great! Color, consistency and taste were really good. Tasted like regular mayo to me. I hope they keep making this stuff! You can't find it everywhere yet it seems.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Crystalpower from Good vegan dressing! Best Foods Vegan Dressing and spread is a mayonnaise like spread that tastes similar with a slight tang flavor to it. It’s hardly noticeable but my kids loves the spread in the sandwich. I also train some in an avocado tuna salad. It tasted good mixed together. This does have a lot of calories per tablespoon like any other mayonnaise type dressing. It’s good to use sparingly if calories are s a concern. It also has some starches like corn in the ingredients which makes vegan but does not satisfy the whole 30 diet. This is a good versatile dressing. I would recommend this product as well looking to enhance some flavor in their foods and salads.

I would recommend this as a sandwich maker, salad dressing ingredient & even creating a dip.

Purchased eggless mayo because it would more stable without eggs. IMO it is even better than the original 'Best Foods' mayo. I've always been a loyal fan of Best Foods/Hellmann's, but this new mayo is their best one yet. More flavorful and safer for packed lunches, picnic and potlucks.
