A simple mixture made with Hellmann's or Best Foods Mayonnaise and apricot preserves makes a scrumptious sweet-savory glaze for chicken.

  • 3 lbs. whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
  • 3 Tbsp. apricot preserves
  • 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange chicken in bottom of broiler pan; set aside.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients in 1-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened, about 1 minute. Evenly brush sauce over chicken.

  3. Bake chicken, basting occasionally, 1 hour or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
