- 1 container (16 oz.) 2 % cottage cheese
- 2/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (plus 1 Tbsp. sauce)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt

In food processor or blender, process cottage cheese until smooth. Add Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, peppers and garlic; process until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients except chicharrones. Chill, if desired. Serve with chicharrones or your favorite dippers.
