- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 5 cups assorted cut-up fresh vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and/or snow peas)
- 6 cups torn lettuce leaves
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.), grilled or broiled and sliced*
