- 4 slices sandwich pickle
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 slice low-sodium deli turkey
- 1 tbsp Hellmann’s® Dijo-Mayo
- sliced tomato , lettuce , sliced red onion , sliced avocado

Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat and sprinkle 2 Tbsp cheese into pan. Top with 2 slices of pickles. Cook about 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove and set aside. Repeat with remaining cheese and pickles.

Top a slice of pickle-cheese “bread” with turkey and spread with Dijo-Mayo. Top with tomato, lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, sliced avocado and another drizzle of Dijo-Mayo. Top with second slice of pickle-cheese “bread”.
