  • 1 container (16 oz.) 2% cottage cheese
  • 2/3 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Real Mayo
  • 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (p plus 1 tbsp. sauce)
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  1. In food processor or blender, process cottage cheese until smooth. Add Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, peppers and garlic; process until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients except chicharrones. Chill, if desired. Serve with chicharrones or your favorite dippers.
