  • 12 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Dressing With Olive Oil Squeeze Mayo
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce *
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 large firm tomatoes, cut into 1/2 - inch - thick slices

  1. Blend Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Dressing with Olive Oil, garlic and hot pepper sauce in medium bowl; set aside.

  2. Combine bread crumbs with salt in shallow dish. Brush tomatoes with Mayonnaise Dressing mixture, then dip in bread crumb mixture.

  3. Grill tomatoes, 8 minutes or until golden brown. Serve, if desired, with grated parmesan cheese and thinly sliced basil.
