  • 1/4 cup jalapeno pepper jelly or mango chutney
  • 8 cups mixed salad Greens or baby spinach leaves
  • 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken (about 12 oz.)
  • 1 medium red delicious apple or golden delicious apple, thinly sliced
