Choose a base
Tortillas or tortilla chips

Use up your vegetables & fruit
Tomatoes, bell peppers, red onions, olives, green onions, avocado

Add a protein
Beans, chicken, ground beef and cheese

Bring it all together and then add the magic touch
Brush tortillas with oil and bake in oven on sheet pan until crisp (or use tortilla chips). Layer with cooked veggies, cooked protein and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. Add the magic touch. (Choose some sour cream or crema fresca, hot sauce or Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Sauces.)
