Choose a base
Water with bouillon cubes, onion, garlic

Use up your vegetables & fruit
Celery, carrots, potatoes (with skin) cabbage- any veggies left in the fridge will do!

Add a protein
Chicken, chickpeas

Bring it all together and then add the magic touch
Quickly fry chopped onion and garlic in oil. Add 2 - 3 cups of chopped vegetables and fry. Add 4 cups of water, bouillon cubes, and 1 cup of protein. Bring to boil and simmer until tender. Add your magic touch. (Choose some lemon juice, herbs, and salt and pepper to taste.)
Enjoy!
Extra bread to use up? Dip it in your soup or crumble as breadcrumbs for a crunchy texture.
