- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. fresh tarragon, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. Maille® Old Style Mustard
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

COMBINE lemon juice, onion and tarragon in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is almost tender, about 3 minutes.

REDUCE heat to low, then whisk in remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally, just until heated through, about 3 minutes.

SERVE, if desired, with steaks, roast beef, cutlets or chops.

Tip: Not a tarragon fan? Try with snipped fresh chives instead.
