- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
- BURGER:
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 8 hamburger buns

For SAUCE, combine ingredients in small bowl; set aside.

For BURGERS, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, bread crumbs and Soup Mix in large bowl. Add ground beef and mix; shape into 8 patties.

Grill or broil until done. Serve burgers with Sauce on buns.

Tip: Not a cilantro fan? Just use 2/3 cup chopped parsley.
