- 2 Tbsp. dried Cajun Seasoning

PREHEAT oven to 375°.

TOSS chicken with Cajun seasoning. Stir in remaining ingredients except blue cheese. Spoon into 1-1/2-quart shallow casserole, then sprinkle with blue cheese.
