  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Plant Based Mayo Spread and Dressing
  • 1/3 cup lite coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb. carrots, shredded
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. sweetened flaked coconut, toasted


  1. Combine Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Vegan Carefully Crafted Dressing and Sandwich Spread, coconut milk, curry powder, salt and pepper in large bowl.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
