- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon
- 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 3 green plantains, sliced 1-in. thick

To make sauce, combine lime juice and Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon in microwave-safe cup and microwave at HIGH 20 seconds or until very hot. Add to food processor along with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, garlic and cilantro and process until smooth; transfer to small bowl and set aside.

Heat about 1 cup oil in large deep skillet and fry plantains, turning occasionally, until light golden, about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Flatten plantains to 1/3-inch thick using plate or tostonera.

Heat oil and fry plantains again until crisp, about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve with sauce.
