Choose a base: Use white potatoes or sweet potatoes; it is up to you!

Use up your vegetables and fruits: Add celery, diced bell peppers, sweet red onions, spinach or anything you have left in the fridge. You can add as many veggies as you would like.

Add a protein: We recommend boiled eggs, but there really are no rules. Throw some bacon, cheese or tofu in there if you would like!

Bring it all together, then add the magic touch: Peel 4 ‒ 6 potatoes and cut into chunks. Cover with water in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain. If you want to cook any of your vegetables, throw them in with the potatoes to boil for the last 3 ‒ 5 minutes (or until tender). Let cool then toss with your veggies and protein. Add the magic touch. (Choose some Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise or Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Vegan Dressing and Spread and some seasoning like curry powder, or a splash of hot sauce to give it a little spice.)
