  • 1 jar Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise or Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Vegan Dressing and Spread


  1. Choose a base: Use white potatoes or sweet potatoes; it is up to you!

  2. Use up your vegetables and fruits: Add celery, diced bell peppers, sweet red onions, spinach or anything you have left in the fridge. You can add as many veggies as you would like.

  3. Add a protein: We recommend boiled eggs, but there really are no rules. Throw some bacon, cheese or tofu in there if you would like!

  4. Bring it all together, then add the magic touch: Peel 4 ‒ 6 potatoes and cut into chunks. Cover with water in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain. If you want to cook any of your vegetables, throw them in with the potatoes to boil for the last 3 ‒ 5 minutes (or until tender). Let cool then toss with your veggies and protein. Add the magic touch. (Choose some Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise or Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Vegan Dressing and Spread and some seasoning like curry powder, or a splash of hot sauce to give it a little spice.)
