Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Real Mayo
- 1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (optional)

Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon and finely chop. Discard all but 2 tablespoons bacon drippings.

Heat reserved drippings over medium heat and cook onion, carrot and garlic until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Let cool.

Combine sour cream, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, spinach, onion mixture, bacon, cider vinegar, salt and cayenne pepper in medium bowl. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with your favorite dippers.
