  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Plant Based Mayo Spread and Dressing
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 lb. fresh asparagus, steamed, then cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 box (10 oz.) frozen green peas, thawed and drained


  1. Combine Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Vegan Carefully Crafted Dressing and Sandwich Spread, lemon juice, mint, parsley, garlic and lemon peel in large bowl.

  2. Add asparagus and peas and toss to coat.
