  • 8 cups loosely packed baby kale
  • 2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves
  • 6 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods Organic Original Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 lb. large uncooked shrimp, grilled or broiled
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted pumpkin seeds


  1. Arrange kale on serving platter. Top with watermelon, blueberries and goat cheese; set aside.

  2. Combine basil, Hellmann's® Organic Original, vinegar and honey in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Drizzle over salad, then top with shrimp and pumpkin seeds.
