  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Sandwich Spread
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 8 slices hearty whole grain bread
  • 4 lettuce leaves


  1. Combine all ingredients except eggs, bread and lettuce in medium bowl. Add eggs and toss gently.

  2. Evenly top 4 bread slices with egg salad mixture, then top with lettuce and remaining bread.
