Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
  • 3 Tbsp. apricot preserves
  • 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Method

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange chicken in bottom of broiler pan; set aside.
  • 2 Combine remaining ingredients in 1-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened, about 1 minute. Evenly brush sauce over chicken.
  • 3 Bake chicken, basting occasionally, 1 hour or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
