  • 3 1/2 -lb. whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces

  • 1 Bring orange juice to a boil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook until reduced to a syrup, about 6 minutes. Scrape into medium bowl; add Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, honey mustard, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder and whisk until smooth.
  • 2 Pour ½ cup Mayonnaise mixture over chicken in large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Refrigerate remaining Mayonnaise mixture.
  • 3 Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chicken, turning as needed, and brushing frequently with remaining Mayonnaise mixture, until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
