Bring orange juice to a boil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook until reduced to a syrup, about 6 minutes. Scrape into medium bowl; add Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, honey mustard, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder and whisk until smooth.
Pour ½ cup Mayonnaise mixture over chicken in large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Refrigerate remaining Mayonnaise mixture.
Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chicken, turning as needed, and brushing frequently with remaining Mayonnaise mixture, until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
