To make sauce, process Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, cilantro and Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon in food processor; transfer to small bowl and set aside.
Heat about 1 cup oil in large deep skillet and fry plantains, turning occasionally, until light golden, about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Flatten plantains to 1/3-inch thick using plate or tostonera.
Heat oil and fry plantains again until crisp, about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve with sauce.
