  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 Cover potatoes with cold water and bring to a boil over high heat in 3-quart saucepan. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender. Drain and cool.
  • 3 Thinly slice potatoes and arrange in 13 X 9-inch baking dish; set aside.
  • 4 Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, milk, 6 tablespoons cheese, chives and pepper in medium bowl. Evenly spoon mixture over potatoes. Top with remaining 2 tablespoons cheese.
  • 5 Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
