Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 large baking potatoes, (about 1 1/2 lbs.), cut lengthwise into wedges
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • 1 Preheat oven to 425°. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • 2 Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, vinegar and garlic in large bowl. Add potatoes and toss until potatoes are coated.
  • 3 Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in small bowl. Arrange potatoes in single layer on prepared baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with bread crumb mixture.
  • 4 Bake 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
