  • 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup guajillo chili powder
  • 1/2 cup cracked black pepper

  • 1 Preheat oven 500°.
  • 2 Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, salt, chili powder and pepper. Rub mixture on fat side of roast.
  • 3 Place roast into roasting pan and into oven for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350°. Continue roasting 2-1/2 hours. Remove; let rest 10 minutes, carve.
