Choose a base
Cuban bread or baguette or any sandwich rolls will do!

Use up your vegetables & fruit
Pickles are classic but try adding other pickled vegetables or sliced cucumber or bell peppers

Add a protein
Roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese

Bring it all together and then add the magic touch
Spread inside of bread with mustard. Layer between bread the pickles, pork, ham and swiss cheese. (Choose some mayonnaise or butter and spread on outside of bread. Grill sandwich in hot skillet on both sides until toasted and cheese is melted).
